Now it's time to make things official! To reserve your session, I'll send you a booking link where you can view my calendar and select a date that works best for your family! Once your date has been chosen, you'll receive a contract to review and sign, along with an invoice for the non- refundable retainer fee. Your session will be officially secured once both the signed contract and retainer fee have been received.

Now that you are all booked in I will send you a questionnaire to fill out! This is where you help me understand your family- your personalities, your preferences, and what matters most to you. By taking the time to fill it out, you're sharing important details like the style of photos you love, any special connections or moments you want captured, and even practical things like location ideas or outfit plans. All of this helps me plan ahead so your session feels smooth and intentional rather than rushed or uncertain. The questionnaire isn't just paperwork- it's the foundation for creating a photo session that truly reflects your family and results in images you'll cherish for years.

Four.
Wahoooo- it's session day! This is where all the planning comes together and the fun begins! Your only real job today is to relax, be present with your family, and trust the process. When you arrive, things will start off casually. It usually takes a few minutes for everyone- especially the kids- to warm up, and that's completely normal! I will gently guide you the whole time, giving simple direction when needed while also leaving plenty of space for natural candid moments. The most important piece of advice I can give you- focus on each other, talk, laugh, hold your kids close, and just enjoy the time together!

After your session, the next step is all about bringing your images to life. I'll carefully go through all the photos and cull them down to the very best ones- the images that truly capture your family's connection, personality, and those genuine in-between moments. Once that's done, you'll receive a proof gallery. This is where you choose your favourites based on the collection you selected. After you've made your selections, I'll then go in and professionally edit those images, refining tones, colours and details to create a beautiful, cohesive final gallery. From start to finish, this process is designed to make sure you end up with images you truly love.
